Return or Exchange

Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide return or exchange policy to our valued customers. Although, we provide kid’s garments at reasonable rates with quality assurance and strive hard to offer the best services towards our products. But occasionally, there might be some human error in order delivery that lead to customer dissatisfaction. To rectify our error, we accept order exchange requests from our customers. But you have to follow a specific set of “return or exchange rules” for order exchange. We will only accept the exchange or return requests that fulfil all the under mentioned conditions. 

  1. You have to send the order exchange request within 15 days of order delivery. We will not entertain any exchange request after 15 days. 
  2. You should have an original receipt of the order that states the price of the order and the time of delivery. Any return or exchange request without receipts will not be entertained. 
  3. The products must have their original tags attached. We will not accept exchange requests for used or washed products. In simple words, we will only accept unworn and intact products for exchange. 
  4. We will not accept the exchange or return claim in case of a slight color difference from the display image. The picture display may vary due to brightness level and screen resolution. So, color display may differ as per the mobile, laptop, computer model, or customized settings of users. Therefore, such claims will not be entertained. 
  5. When you send us a return or exchange request, we will make a proper inquiry to check the validity of your claim. And send you the confirmation email about the acceptance or rejection of your exchange claim. 
  6. It would help if you mentioned the reason for the order exchange or return. We will only accept the exchange request or exchange claim if you have a valid reason for the order exchange. 
  7. You can request for order exchange in cases of missing items, defective products, wrong order delivery, and order misplacement. We accept the exchange claims that fulfil the following conditions.

In Case of Missing Products:

Suppose your order is missing some items or is not complete. You can ask for the delivery of missing items. We will check your order and send you the missing items. But you have to bear the delivery expenses.

In Case of Wrong Order Delivery:

If the delivered products are not what you have ordered. You qualify for order exchange. All you have to do is ship the wrong order to our company address and request for correct order delivery. But if your order product is out of stock, you can either choose another product of similar value or wait for restocking. But you have to bear the shipping expenses. As per our return and exchange policy, we are not responsible for shipping expenses of exchange products.

In Case of Order Misplacement:

If your order is sent to the wrong address or you have not received your order, you can ask for redelivery or a refund.

In Case of Defective Product:

Suppose the delivered product is defective. You can request for order exchange. All you have to do is ship the wrong order to our company address and request for correct order delivery. But if your order product is out of stock, you can either choose another product of similar value or wait for restocking. As per our return and exchange policy, we are not responsible for the shipping expenses of exchange products.

  1. You can ship the order to our company address via, call courier, or any other traceable delivery.
  2. You can only request the exchange of articles that are bought online. We are not responsible for accepting the return or exchange claims for the pieces you purchase from physical stores. You can exchange those articles in the physical store only.
  3. We are not liable to refund the delivery charges.
  4. We have a “no refund policy.” In case of a product default or missing product, we will only replace your product with a new product. And not refund the money. But if the specific article is out of stock, you can order any other available product of the same value. 
  5. If you don’t like any other article, we will issue you the online store credit as per the value of your product. You can use this credit next time you shop from us. 
  6. We do not provide any monetary refund, or cash-back guarantee to our customers. 
  7. Once we receive the return or exchange claims, we process them as per the standard procedure. This process will start after receiving the returned order. And it will be completed within ten working days. 
  8. You must label the product with the reason for return. This will speed up the return order processing. And also avoid the chances of order misplacement. 
  9. We will not exchange or return any article due to a change of mind or hygiene issues. 
  10. Articles that are on sale do not qualify for return or exchange. It means you cannot request the exchange of pieces bought during promotions, or special events, or are on sale.
  11. You can only exchange summer articles in summer and winter articles in winter. 
  12. Ensure that the articles you wish to exchange or return are correctly packed with their respective tags and return labels. 
  13. If you want to make further inquiries about return and exchange procedures, you can contact our customer care department. You can contact us via email, phone call, or WhatsApp.
  14. You should send us the return or exchange articles only if you receive our confirmation email. The email states whether either we have approved your exchange request or not. 
  15. Once your exchange or return claim is approved, you should deliver the articles to our company address. 
  16. Make sure to ship the return order via traceable delivery like TCS or other respective courier services.
