Order Handling
We follow the following procedure for the handling of our orders.
- Firstly, we send a confirmation email after receiving an order to send the confirmation code. When customers put that code on our website, we confirm their order.
We send a second email within one hour of order receiving. Send a confirmation that the order is accepted. The second email contains, the order number, tracking ID, and order summary. Order summary includes the number of items, price, etc. - Secondly, contact our customer care department for investigation if you don’t receive the confirmation email within one hour of order placement.
- Thirdly, we accept order modifications. So, you can add or delete items from your order as per your liking. But you can only modify your order within one hour of order placement. Any modification requests after due time are not acceptable.
- Fourthly, you can pay for your order via COD (cash on delivery) or online payments. In the case of online payments, you can pay through Visa or Master card payment methods. In the case of COD, you can pay after receiving your order. We accept both modes of payment.
- Fifthly, if you want to cancel your order, you have to contact our customer care department for order cancellation.
(Note: we will not keep an article just by placing it into the shopping cart. If you want to reserve a product, you have to confirm your order at check out. Or Else we will not keep your item)
Shipping Policy
Following are The Rules of Our Shipping Policy
- Free of charge delivery all across Pakistan for orders above 2499 PKR.
- We will make the delivery of all orders through our courier service.
- After order placement, the order will be sent within 3 to 5 working days.
- We will pack and deliver the order between Monday to Saturday at the agreed time.
- The order shipment will be on time without any delay. The order will only be delayed in exceptional circumstances, like public holidays, strikes, festival vacations, etc.
- You can track the location of your order with the tracking ID you received in the confirmation email.
- If your order is not delivered at the stated time and date or you cannot track the location of your order, contact us.
- We offer both cash on-delivery and online payments. So, you can make payments through Visa or Master card payment methods. You can also pay after receiving your order. We accept both modes of payment.
- The payment method does not affect the price of articles or shipping charges. So, the price will remain the same for both cash-on-delivery and online payment methods.
- The shipping charges vary as per the size and weight of your order. In other words, the weight directly influences your shipment charges.
Note: in case of excessive orders, the delivery of your order might be a bit delayed. So, please bear a bit of delay in case of increased demands.
The Shipment Charges
We offer free shipping for orders above 2,499 PKR. For orders below that amount, delivery charges apply. The flat rate for shipment charges is 200 PKR nationwide.
Note: all the charges mentioned above are exclusive of tax. Besides, 10% of fuel charges are applicable for all shipments.
Return Shipment Policy
In return or exchange, the customers will pay all shipping charges. The return order will only be accepted if the order is returned within 07 days of delivery. As per our shipment policy, we are not liable for return shipping charges to return. The shipment charges are non-refundable.
